Alicia Kelsey Chino (b. 1979) s a daughter of noted potter Darla Davis and a granddaughter of Rachel JWhite.  She learned to make pottery from her mother.  She is known for her traditional style designs.  This seedpot is coil-built and painted before firing. The seedpot has a triangular geometric pattern around the top with a fine-line spiraling flower design in the center.  The designs are accented with a red clay slip.  It is signed on the bottom, “A. Chino”.
