Chino, Donna G. – Jar with Swirling Lightning Design

Donna Chino (b. 1950s) is a granddaughter of Maria Trujillo and Jessie Garcia.  She is a daughter of Sarah Garcia and a sister of Debbie Brown.  This jar is coil-built, thin-walled, and painted with bee-weed (black).  The jar has a swirling lightning design extending from the rim to the shoulder.  It is a tightly painted and striking design.  It is signed on the bottom, ‘Donna G. Chino”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
