This is a unique figurative piece by Marie Z. Chino.  It is a classic Acoma owl made from Acoma clay. The owl has painted feathers and red clay for the beak and eyes.  It is signed on the bottom, “Marie Z. Chino”.  It is in good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  There are some areas of spalling, which is not uncommon.  But still definitely charming!
