Frances Concho (b. 1947) is a sister of Norbert Patricio and the mother of Marietta Juanico.  She is known for her traditional pottery.  This seedpot is coil built and patined with bee-weed (black). It has a fineline star pattern on the front and back and in a band across the top. There are additional plant and rain patterns. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Frances Concho”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
