Estevan, Jennifer – Small Lightning Design Jar

Jennifer Estevan is known for thin-walled and tightly painted pottery.  This small jar is coil-built and painted with bee-weed (black).  The jar has a classic lightning design encompassing the surface.  There are small rain designs around the neck.  The jar is signed on the bottom, “J. Estevan”.  While Jennifer no longer makes much pottery, her precision in painting remains a testament to her creativity and continuation of this classic design.  The jar is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
