Jody Folwell is known for her creative pottery shapes and designs.  This jar tall jar is one of her classic shapes..  it is designed to look like clouds flowing around the body of the piece.  The lid is sculpted into the shape of a raven.  It is unusual for Jody to have a lid on her potter!  The coloration, shape, and creativity of the lid are striking on this piece!  It is signed on the bottom, “J. Folwell”.
