This  bowl by Effie Garcia is larger than her usual pieces.  It is fully polished and carved down from the neck to below the shoulder. The design is an “eternity” pattern which is replicated around the surface of the piece.  It is very deep and evenly carved and the design is outlined on the edges.  The high polish and angle from the shoulder make this a distinctive bowl.
