This is an intricately designed seedpot by Gloria Garcia.  The seedpot is fully polished and fired black.  It is etched with two hummingbirds and a sunface on the top. The hummingbirds are highlighted with red clay slips.  Gloria’s combination of polishing and etched designs is always striking.  This piece is signed on the bottom with her Tewa name “GoldenRod”.
