This is a framed bronze set by Tammy Garcia. The piece is entitled, “Sikyatki Birds.” The designs are variations of Hopi Sikyakti swirling birds from the 1600s.  The coloration is achieved by silver nitrate.  Each of the four panels is different and they are mounted on a linen background in a square shape. The frame has a similar sliver/black appearance.  It is signed on the side of one of the tiles “Tammy Garcia” and the edition is 6/35. Tammy has been innovative with her exploration of various mediums using her amazing artistic style.
