Denny Gutierrez was known for his faceted melon bowls.  However, he also created exceptional painted vessels. This bowl is round in shape and has a flat top. There are 39 feathers painted on the top of the bowl.  There are rain designs extending to the rim.  The bowl is polished to a glossy shine.  It is from 1987.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Denny Gutierrez”.
