Denny Gutierrez was known for his faceted melon bowls.  However, he also created exceptional painted vessels. This bowl is round in shape and highly polished. There are 36 small feathers around the neck.  Note how he painted his feathers with a slight angle swirling around the jar.  Above the bowl are four moon designs.  The bowl was made in1994.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Denny Gutierrez”.
