Geraldine Gutierrez is a daughter of noted potter Helen Gutierrez.  Geraldine is known for her use of traditional pottery designs.  This bowl is fully polished and painted with four sections of cloud designs, separated by snow bands. It was traditionally fired red.  The jar is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Geraldine Gutierrez”.
