Teresa Gutierrez is known for  her deep carved pottery using complex designs.  This wedding vase has a rain and kiva step pattern on the front, back and sides.  Note the depth of the carving on her pottery as well as the use of the outlined designs!  The handle is twisted and fully polished.  The wedding vase is signed on the bottom.
