This is a complicated smaller seedpot by Art Cody Haungooah.  The piece is fully polished and fired black. The design is etched into the clay and it has stylized Flute Player as the design.  It is surrounded by cloud, rain, and feather patterns.  It is highlighted with additional clay slips for color.  There is a single inset piece of hei-shi bead for the eye of the flute player.  Near the base is a very intricately incised feather pattern.  The piece is signed on the bottom with his hallmark Fish and “AH”.  This indicates it is from1982-5.   It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  Shipping included.
