This jar is a classic Acoma shape with a high shoulder and short neck.  The jar is painted with plant and leaf designs.  They are surrounded by leaf and plant designs.  The jar was inspired by an Acoma vessel from 1920.  It is signed on the bottom, “D. Juanico”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, restoration, or repair.
