This is an exceptional jar with a wide shoulder and an elongated neck. The jar has a tightly painted swirl with a triangular mountain pattern around the neck and the base. Around the body of the piece it is painted with a plant design which alternates with a checkerboard snow pattern.  It is an exceptional balance of form and design.  Note how the base of the seedpot is also indented keeping in the style of historic Laguna pottery.
