This oval seedpot is by Eric Lewis.  The seedpot has a flatter form so that it is wider than it is tall.  It is fully painted with geometric patterns. On the top and bottom are hummingbird designs which are surrounded by plant patterns.  Eric has taken the classic Acoma Pueblo designs and enlarged them and made them into bold graphics.  His innovative designs make him a younger potter to watch!
