This is an elegantly shaped water jar by Eric Lewis.  It has a high, round shoulder and a short neck which just slightly turns out.  The jar has one of his classic stylized hummingbirds on one side. As the jar is turned. there are cloud and wind swirls interspersed with wing designs.  It almost feels like you are seeing the hummingbird fly past you and then stop for nectar!  The imagery flows perfectly across the jar and emphasizes the form. The jar is signed on the bottom, “Eric Lewis”.
