This small tile is by Eric Lewis.  The tile is part of a series of miniatures tiles he has made. Eric has taken the classic Acoma Pueblo designs and enlarged them and made them into bold graphics.  This tile has a stylized  birds which are the rounded sections with the points.  The birds are in both the white and black.  It’s a striking flow of designs in both a negative and positive image!  His innovative designs make him a younger potter to watch!
