Diane Lewis-Garcia is known for her tightly painted miniature pottery.  This is one of her very intricately painted seedpots.  The top is painted with a Mimbres bird eating the Mimbres fish.  They are each intricately painted and detailed. The edge of the seedpot has a star pattern.  The seedpot has a variety of colors, each from natural clay slips.  It is signed on the bottom, “D. Lewis”.
