Diane Lewis-Garcia is known for her tightly painted miniature pottery.  This is one of her very intricately painted seedpots.  The top is painted with three Mimbres-style quail.  They are surrounding by colorful plant designs.  The seedpot has a variety of colors, each from natural clay slips.  It is signed on the bottom, “D. Lewis”.
