This is a very intricately painted jar by Rebecca Lucario.  She is known for her delicate and very finely painted pottery.  This jar is a classic Acoma shape with a high shoulder.  The entire surface is fully painted with small diamond shapes.  They alternate between fine-lines and a checkerboard pattern. The base has an orange-red clay slip.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “R Lucario”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
