This is a small long neck jar by Grace Medicine Flower.  It was made in 1974.  The piece has a round shoulder and long neck.  The neck has incised clouds.  The top of the shoulder has an avanyu etched into the clay.  Note as the piece is turned that there are cloud and lightning designs. All of Grace’s design work was etched into the clay before it was fired.  The piece was fired red.  It is signed on the bottom, “Grace Medicine Flower”.   It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
