This jar by Corn Moquino is black and sienna in coloration.  The piece was fully polished, then etched with the design. There are six stalks of corn extending upward. They lean towards the kiva which has a ladder extending upward.  The kiva is placed underneath a rainbow.  The corn, kiva, and rainbow are all black-and-sienna in coloration.  The jar is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Corn Moquino”.  It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
