This is a clay turtle figure by Corn Moquino.  The piece is made from native clay and fully polished. The back is sienna in coloration and there is an incised flower as the design.  There is a piece of turquoise inset into the back. The eyes are coral.  The turtle is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Corn Moquino”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
