Kevin Naranjo creates beautifully incised pottery with realistic scenes.  This miniature jar is an early piece of Kevin’s pottery, made when he was only 17 years old!  The jar is round with a short neck and it is highly polished.  There is a feather design etched around the neck and an avanyu on the top of the shoulder.  There are tiny rain clouds extending down from the mouth of the avanyu.  The jar is fired a deep black coloration.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Kevin Naranjo”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
