Madeline Naranjo creates beautifully carved and polished pottery.  Each piece is pinch-built, carved, stone polished, and traditionally fired.  This bowl has four interlocking bears.  The bears are deeply carved into the clay and they are matte. The top and bottom of the bowl is highly polished.  There are small bear tracks etched into the clay near the mouth of the bowl.  The bowl is stone polished and fired a glassy black coloration.  Her designs are always innovative and beautifully executed.  It is signed on the bottom, “Madeline Naranjo Adrian Garcia”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
