Natseway, Thomas – Mini Dragonfly Jar with Kiva Carved Rim

Thomas Natseway is one of the most renowned miniaturists in Pueblo pottery.  Rarely does he make a piece that is over 1″ tall or wide!  This small jar has a round body and the neck is carved with a kiva step design.  The inside of the rim is painted with a similar design. The outside of the jar has four dragonflies with polychrome painted wings. There is a lot of detail and dimension in this piece.  It is signed on the bottom, “Thomas Natseway”.
