Eunice “Fawn” Navasie was a daughter-in-law of Paqua Naha and a sister-in-law of Joy “Frogwoman” Navasie.  This is a classic piece of her pottery from the 1970s.  The jar has a high shoulder and a turned-out neck.  The jar is slipped white and then painted with bee-weed (black) and red clay.  The jar has birds and rain designs.  The neck is slipped red and there is red clay used to highlight the design.  The jar was traditionally fired.  It is signed “Fawn”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
