5.5"w x 5"h

$ 250.00

June Pino Cheromiah is a granddaughter of Mary Antonio and a daughter of James Pino and Zelda Chaplin Pino.  She learned to make pottery from Rachel Concho, Paul Lucario, Mildred Antonio, and Barbara & Joseph Cerno. Each piece is coil-built from native clay and painted with bee-weed and clay slips.  This jar has a high shoulder and a short neck.  The jar is painted with thin lines. The lines create a series of stars in four rows.  It is signed on the bottom, “June Pino”.
