Stella Shutiva was renown for her corrugated pottery vessels.  Her corrugated style of pottery was inspired by pre-historic style corrugated vessels.  This is one of her classic owls. The entire body is corrugated with appliqué eyes, ears and wings.  They are a charming and whimsical style of her pottery.  The owl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
