This jar is coil built and intricately painted.  There are four medallions around the shoulder.  Two have Pueblo deer and two have Mimbres lizards.  Around the neck are rain designs and the medallions are surrounded by rain, cloud, and lightning designs.  Below the shoulder is a classic Tularosa Swirl design in black-and-white.  The jar is signed on the bottom, “L.  Vallo”.
