Robert T. Naranjo (b. 1958) is son-in-law of Elizabeth Naranjo. He is married to Betty Naranjo and the father of Adrian Naranjo and Ernestine Naranjo. Between 1990 and 1998 he won seven awards at Santa Fe Indian Market. This seedpot is coil-built, stone polished and VERY tightly painted. The top has a star pattern with rain and cloud designs. In the center is a single piece of turquoise. The sides have 65 painted feathers and clouds below. Note the precision of the painting on the piece! It was fired a glossy black. The seedpot is signed on the bottom, “Robert Naranjo”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
