This seedpot by Ray Tafoya is fully polished and tall in shape. It has a realistic hummingbird on each side. One hummingbird is next to a flower and there is an inset turquoise hei-shi bead. The opposite side has a hummingbird in flight. Separating them are geometric designs. There are additional red and blue clay slips used on the piece. The seedpot is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. It is signed on the bottom with his hallmark which means “White Mountain” in Tewa.
