Les Namingha created these traditional tiles in the 1990s. Each tile is painted with bee-weed and clay slips. They each have a variety of traditional designs that are put together in a modernist style. They were traditionally fired. The two tiles were set into a single frame with a suede matte. The piece is beautifully framed. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
