Reano, Harlan – 14″ Tall Flame Storage Jar with Flower Medallions (2026)

15"w x 14"h

$ 5,600.00

This is a massive “flame” jar by Harlan Reano.  This piece was made and painted by Harlan.  The jar has a round body with the extending “flames”  on four side.  The neck of the jar has wild spinach and flower motifs. The body of the jar has four large medallions, each with a flower design. The designs extend outward from the central medallion. The jar is painted with acrylic for the dramatic coloration.  Note how the design matches and accentuates the shape of the jar!  It is exciting to see a piece with this amount of dynamic artistry.  It is signed on the bottom, “Harlan Reano ’26”.   Interestingly, I judged their pottery the first year they entered at Santa Fe Indian Market and it has been exciting to watch them evolve in shapes and designs over the years.
