Theresa “Payamqa” Sahme Harvey (1904-1981) was married to Clyde Harvey. She was a daughter of Sammi Mansfield and Catherine Quotsequavi of Polacca, First Mesa. Her children were Ola, Gilman, and Felix Harvey. She made pottery from the 1930’s through 1975. She used an eagle hallmark, as well as signed her name to her pottery.
