Forrest Red Cloud Tafoya is a son of noted potter Lucy Year Flower and the brother of Kelli Little Katchina, Myra Little Snow and Shawn Tafoya. He is a grandson of Camilio Tafoya. He began making pottery in the 1990s although he no longer works in clay. He won numerous awards at Santa Fe Indian Market as a student entry between 1991-3.
