Susie Youvella was from Sichomovi on First Mesa. She was the mother of noted potter Wallace Youvella and the mother-in-law of Iris Nampeyo. Her grandfather was famous as the first Hopi silversmith. She was known for her traditional style of thin-walled pottery.
