This is a classic bowl by Gloria Garcia. It is fully polished, fired black, and then incised with design. There are Pueblo-style hunters etched. They are pointing at Mimbres style rabbits, deer, and buffalo. There is a lot of design for the size of the piece! The bowl is highly polished and detailed with designs. The bowl is signed on the bottom, “Golden Rod”, which is Gloria’s name in Tewa. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.

There are additional rabbits and a section with lightning and rain designs. The bowl is highly polished and detailed with designs. The bowl is signed on the bottom, “Golden Rod”, which is Gloria’s name in Tewa. It has a blue ribbon from the 1995 Santa Fe Indian Market. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
