This is a striking figurative bronze by Tammy Garcia.  The piece is entitled, “Encounter.”  The bronze has a stylized girl in Pueblo clothing and tablita on her head.  Her dress has dragonflies and her manta has flowers.  On her hand is a dragonfly, which is her “encounter’. The colors of the patina are striking!  The piece is 35/35 and was first cast in 2009.
