They are separated by a fine-line dragonfly wing design.  The colors are all derived from native clays and add to the impact of the design.  It is signed on the bottom, “D. Lewis-Garcia”.

Diane Lewis

Diane Lewis is a daughter of Kathleen Lewis and a sister of noted potters Rebecca Lucario, Marilyn Ray, Judy Lewis, and Carolyn Concho. She is known for her miniature pottery and the use of traditional and Mimbres imagery. She has won numerous awards at the Heard Museum Market and Gallup Ceremonials.
