Although she was born in Santa Clara, Pauline married and moved to San Ildefonso. This is a larger piece of her pottery. It is round in shape and fully polished. The bowl is painted with an avanyu (water serpent) design. The bowl is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Pauline”.
