Benina Medina (b. 1930) was known for her traditional style of Zia pottery. This jar is coil-built and made from traditional Zia clay. The jar has rain designs on the rim and two Zia hummingbirds as the design. They are separated by traditional Zia cloud patterns. The jar is signed, “B. Medina”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
