Elaine Salazar (b. 1966) is a granddaughter of Flora Naranjo and daughter of Frances Salazar.  She learned to make pottery from her mother and grandmother.  This long-neck jar is coil-built and stone polished.  It was fired a glassy black coloration.  It is signed on the bottom, “Elaine Salazar”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
