Charmae Natseway is known for her exceptional painted pottery and use of distinctive forms. This jar is thin-walled and painted with a very fine-line mountain design on the rim. The body of the jar has four different style of Acoma birds. Each bird is next to a flower. The birds and flowers are accented with different colors of clay. The piece is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. Charmae has long been exceptional in her painting and pottery forms.

On the sides there are three Mimbres animals. There is a bird and a fish, a bear, and a turkey. They are all tightly painted on the surface. The piece is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. Charmae has long been exceptional in her painting and pottery forms.
