8" deep x 4"w x 10"h

$ 1,700.00

Randall (Randy) Chitto (Choctaw) studied pottery beginning in 1980 at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe under the instruction of Otellie Loloma.  He created his distinctive style of storyteller and figurative pottery.  This is one of his classic clay bears.  This one is a “Flute Player”, holding a wooden flute.  Randy also carved the flute from wood!  There is a small cub on his shoulder.  It is a charming piece that makes you smile!  The clay bear was fired black.  It is signed on the bottom.  We are pleased to now represent Randy Chitto’s figurative pottery in both Scottsdale and Santa Fe!
