Chitto, Randall – 10″ Tall “Target Practice” Clay Bear

6.5"w x 10"h

$ 1,700.00

Randall (Randy) Chitto (Choctaw) studied pottery beginning in 1980 at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe under the instruction of Otellie Loloma.  He created his distinctive style of storyteller and figurative pottery.  This is one of his classic clay bears.  This one is “Target Practice”.  The bear has a bow and arrow that Randy made, as well as the quiver and additional arrows!  It is an amazing piece with great movement.  Check out the face of the bear!  The clay bear was fired black.  It is signed on the bottom.  We are pleased to now represent Randy Chitto’s figurative pottery in both Scottsdale and Santa Fe!
