Each piece is inspired by graphic novels, early comic book art, and the Pueblo Revolt of 1680. The piece has XXVI Te’nuudi as the date, indicating 2026. Jason takes on the Pueblo Revolt with a Pueblo Warrior holding an arrow above her head. In the background are the flames and the church, with the kiva and the white clouds. The defeated Spanish are symbolized by the goblet. There is drama and power inherent in this piece! The flames and clouds are always a signature to his pieces! The coloration on this piece is striking, with the clay showing through and the subtle sky. The motion and power of this piece are exceptional. His signature raincloud is in the upper right.
