Greg Lonewolf is the son of Joseph Lonewolf and is known for his intricately incised miniatures.  This seedpot is entitled, “Great Horned Owl”.  The owl is flying with its wings spread in front of a full moon. The sides have a subtle night sky appearance in blues. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Gregory Lonewolf”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.

Greg Lonewolf is the son of noted potter Joseph Lonewolf and grandson of Camilio Tafoya. His sisters, Rosemary Lonewolf and Susan Romero also make pottery. He is masterful at miniature incised pottery and has created his own distinctive style of work.
